Maria & I 

So, its been a year... actually more than a year, countless shits, ups and downs, nirvana-like scenarios have occured in my life. Maria and I are still together, and working things out for us to last our whole lifetime.

Let me brush up my blog by stating the currrent situation I'm in plus the other 5,999,999,999 individuals all over this damn sorry place we call Earth. Gas prices are insanely reaching to new heights, the rise of China has begun, North Korea and Iran seems to have no remorse for what unecessary tension their building up in their respective regions, our president's on the verge of changing the very doctrine we live day by day -- the constitution, extreme change in climate and weather condition, which environmentalists declare are obvious signs of global warming... hmm... what else... oh yah, im working.

Dang, after studying 4 years in Benilde, I end up here at Accenture, I personally thought I was only good for call-centers due to my inherent ability to maniulate the english vocabulary. hehe -- guess I still have hope for a brighter future then eh? hehe

We're in the year 2005, and life seems to get harder by the day... do you remember the time our parents or perhaps our Lolo and Lolas said "these are hard times -- mahirap and buhay ngayon"? Well, if we were to compare our current state and the time our parents and grandparents said that statement to us -- it WAS definitely an easy time... a 'brighter' time to economically survive...

If only we could control inflation! If only we could regulate gas prices! Cancel our motherlands foreign debts! If only all Politicians do their intended purpose and selfless duties! Then life would be much much easier.... but as always, things get harder and probably 20 years from now, I'll surely remember these hard times that... we presently live in and say... "life before was easier"... Ironic isn't it?
